Le Grand Tour de Warwickshire

Please see the official Flyer detailing ‘Le Tour de Warwickshire’. All details are on the flyer but what we do require, are the names of participants as soon as possible please. Your cut-off date is Sunday 29th September. Alan East-Jones and Doug have prepared a super route, totalling 36 miles. Not too far but enough to take in some of the most beautiful corners of Warwickshire, for which the county is well known. You will not be disappointed. Tulip Charts are being prepared and will be sent out via email, in due course. To help offset our ‘Carbon Footprint’, only a limited number of hard copies will be available on the day.

We are certain you will appreciate the choice of venue for breakfast. The aptly named ‘The View’ is superb and the views are spectacular. The end of our Tour will be at ‘The King’s Head’, Aston Cantlow, a typical gastro country pub. This is where lunch will be served from 2 pm. Steeped in Shakespearean history, this pub is where Shakespeare’s parents held their Wedding Breakfast, having been married at the adjoining church.
